It's super comfortable, has a wide range of coin selection and trading pairs, including tons of fiat, easy to buy, easy to convert, easy to trade, has tons of other stuff (events, goodies, debit card in the works etc.), lots of financial instruments, and thanks to all this, it's very popular and the order books are full, high volume. Also has a phone app. Dunno, mate, what's not to like?
I guess it's a pity that the US only has access to a restricted version, but that's beyond their control, and at least they do offer a US version.
