Pink oysters are GREAT for stir-frying, you basically can add them to any asian noodles/rice recipe. Just wash them, dry on a towel and toss into very hot skillet with very hot oil, cook stirring for a couple of minutes until some parts of mushrooms start browning. Just do not toss all at once, you have to fry mushrooms in tiny portions, or they will flood your skillet with water and there will be no frying
