Think about something you need to buy but don't have money (eg. a phone for 500USD)
If you have Flash, you just stake for X days and get an N number of tokens upfront (eg. I'm staking 100k Flash for 30 days and got 500 $DAI when Flash was 0.30 cents.
Swap DAI for USDT or whatever token you can trade for real money and cashout.
After that X number of days staking Flash, you can just get everything back (or before, but some tokens are burnt)
