then it cost me around 5 - 10 bucks to deposit into the LINK/AVAX pool on Pangolin.

you sure it failed? add the token manually to your AVAX metamask wallet.

you only get the airdrop if you had any amount of UNI on december 7th 2020 (snapshot date).
you need to send 1 UNI (or SUSHI) over the Bridge basically to the same wallet but on avalanche and then you can claim it.
if tx is stuck you need to reset your metamask in the advanced settings.

I was super bullish on this but I've spent hours of time and all that's succeeded is a transfer of fucking 15 Link and when I try to add it as a liquidity pair it hangs, even though there is a "transaction deadline" setting it doesn't work so I'm burning money canceling fucking transactions now. I also didn't realize I accidentally got fucked with ETH level gas fees moving the LINK. I thought it was supposed to be cheap to move to AVAX chain and only expensive to move back the other way. Maybe WETH moves normally, I can't tell because I have stuck pending transactions I'm gonna have to pay for because Pangolin doesn't fucking work.

Fuck this shit so far.
