No matter what it would not drop lower then that until after hours yesterday where it dropped to 9.92 and today I think the low was 9.82. So assuming there is now violent sell off soon, it'll continue to drop a few cents every few days, at least for my observation. However, I don't know enough about it to give a definitive answer.
