The way I did it was to sell probit coins for usdt coins and buy rubic with the usdt. You have to enter the current price of rbc in the first blank and hit 100 percent on the second blank when you want to buy R U B I C

As far as I know, you can only buy RBC on Probit with USDT.

My buying steps were :
1. Buy XLM on Coinbase
2. Transfer XLM to Probit (practically free)
3. Trade XLM -> USDT
4. Trade USDT -> RBC
