I have a really well detailed plan but ill make it short, first ill ride the crypto bullrun into the ground, perform a portofolio rebalance into etf and stocks 65/35% each accordingly,while keeping 35% of my crypto in case my timing is shit, I intent to walk away from crypto for a while after it blows off to let it coold down, but still acumulate while at the same time staking, lending and using flare as a passive income machine.

I imagine that'd depend on what kind of farmland you want, in what province, and how big a farm you have in mind. They are not trading like us, buying it from the open market and impacting the supply and demand of XRP.
