PSLV or PHAG charges an annual expense ratio that is effectively a fee that scales with your holdings. But no premium.

This is a problem man has been working on for probably 10k years mate and I have the ultimate solution for this as well. You need some tin or any folded piece of paper shaped like a haf scoop. Place your concentrates in in the paper and gently blow on it. The gold will stay in place while your magnetite will be blown away. Was the stuff in the pan the result of cleaning out the sluice? That's a pretty cool method. If that's a day's work I guess you don't need much more than that, but what I was thinking is having the spinning magnet wheel affixed to the sluice while it is operating, with the water rotating it similar to a water wheel. The black sand would stick to the magnets and then as the wheel rotates there would be a scraper which catches the sand before it rotates back around to the flowing water again. That way it stays clean and you just have to empty the container when it fills up. Best of all, it requires no electricity
