just bear in mind your stack would have to remain delegated for some time just to recoup the gas cost for delegating in the first place
so you wouldn't see any gain for awhile (probably months) before making up for the initial fee

Yes but theres some obstacles in the way. Theres a dump coming this summer and you can only really speculate how bad it will hurt the price.
Also, barely anyone knows about this shit and even those who do barely take the time to figure out how to delegate. The entire success of the project relies on delegates providing grt to the network. It needs to be simplified for dumb asses.
