Hey fren it's going to be okay. I have anxiety too, may I suggest the following: breathe-in deep for 5 seconds, hold for 5 seconds, then exhale for 5 seconds. Repeat x10. Close your eyes while you do this. Hope it helps.

I have bad anxiety too. I know this is hard to believe over the internet, but I can almost guarantee there is absolutely nothing wrong with your heart. It is a very common symptom and I spent many years obsessing over my heartrate etc, hate to see another anon do the same. If something is wrong with your heart, you would know for sure. 100%. You don't have "hunches" about that stuff.

Anxiety is painful, I still go through it. Deep breathing like >>28164615 mentioned is good. I like to breathe in slowly for 7 seconds, hold for 2, and slowly breathe out for 11 seconds. I'll work it up to 10 in, 2 good, 20 out. Takes practice, but works well. L-Theanine also has helped me with anxiety. Best of luck tren!

On my day:
Doing alright. Up a bit later. Wished I had DCAed years ago. Tried day trading, then lost some, then made some back. Stopped crypto for a while due to anxiety. My last grandparent (grandpa) died a couple of days ago. Also, sick of being poor at 33 ($1500 in bank, $1800 in crypto, $600 in stocks)

Upsides, saw a C-130 today flying around with low level passes (pic related), made out and watched Stargate SG-1 with my qt gf, been exercising for all of 2021 most days, got a 100 on my first Calculus test, studying for A+ cert (while on my exercise bike), and hopefully in line to get a IT internship at a local hospital. Otherwise, unemployment gives me almost $600 every two weeks. Spend some, buy some crypto, and some stocks.

Tip of sorts. If you're working on a code where you are stuck, are tired, and not making progress, take a break and sleep on it. I've often woken up, jumped on my comp and solved the issue within 5-10 minutes.
