Radon in dangerous levels is only found in homes with a lot of concrete/cement and certain types of stone depending on where its from and the mineral content there. If you have an entirely concrete house you're overwhelmingly more likely to have issues with toxic radon levels at some point in the future. You'll have to do annual or biannual radon testing for life.
