Thinking about putting everything I have into this
yes
>>28099514Long term hold, not suggested for a short term pump and dump. Getting a stack of 5K+ makes it good to delegate, creating passive income.Supply is about to triple in 5 months, not sure how priced in that is at the current time.
>>28099931>Supply is about to triple in 5 monthsretard herewould that not cause the price to decrease?
>>28099999Fuck you
>>28099999First, absolutely checked. And yes it should, but delegation locks up GRT from being put on the market (for 28 days) so it may cause some price reduction. Some peeps like to claim that supply dump is priced in at the moment, but I’m not sure. It gets a lot of hype.

>>28099514Here's a better idea: Build a boat out of wood. Make it sturdy and seaworthy. Now rent a UHaul. Put everything you own in it. Invite everyone you know to a surprise beach party. Put everything from the UHaul in your wooden boat and announce to the party that they too will be boarding the boat you built. Tell them it will be fun. Many will comply, some won't. Use your handgun to coerce the uncooperative. Once they too have boarded, take your clothes off and put them in the boat. Now toss the handgun in the boat and push them out to sea. Now you have nothing. Such is life with GRT.>>28099836no>>28099999Nein, it would not. Actually, now that I think about it yes it definitely would. Imagine opening your fridge and finding it filled with jar after jar of pure, high grade mayonnaise. "Wonderful," you think. And it is. The next day you wake up and to your surprise you now have a second fridge. You open it and, of course, it's filled to capacity with the same extremely potent mayonnaise. Now you're in a conundrum. You cannot eat all that mayonnaise before it goes bad, so you begin to sell. Believe it or not, this is the exact same situation in which GRT finds itself. >>28100179indeed>>28100206There is only one thing you can be absolutely sure of, and that is that the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation will make good on their guarantees. >>28099999Holy fucking check. This token is blessed.
>>28099514To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand GRT. The tech is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of theoretical blockchain most of the indexes will go over a typical retard's head. There's also Yaniv's jewish outlook, which is deftly woven into his characterisation - his personal philosophy draws heavily from Vitalik literature, for instance. The graphites understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of these delegations, to realize that they're not just pieces of the future- they say something deep about LIFE. As a consequence people who dislike GRT truly ARE idiots- of course they wouldn't appreciate, for instance, the genius in Yaniv's existencial catchphrase "google of blockchain, motherfuckers" which itself is a cryptic reference to Sergey's Russian epic Pump and Dump. I'm smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as Tal's genius unfolds itself on their binance screens. What fools... how I pity them. And yes by the way, I DO have a GRT tattoo. And no, you cannot see it. It's for the ladies' eyes only- And even they have to demonstrate that they're within 5 GRT of my own (preferably lower) beforehand.

I am in. It may pump now. LETS GOOOO!
Historically, GRT is a pump and dump. Hate to break it to you folks, but it is. These are the facts. People saying it isn't, you're on the wrong side of the data. The entire market is being run by trade bots. Large GRT tokens have been already allocated to holders, way before GRT even hit the exchange platforms, because of testnet operations (before mainnet).I estimate each token to be valued at 0.30-0.35 maximum until larger companies want to use it, which currently they don't, because it is too expensive too. ETH is expensive, in general, to use anyway. With that being said, GRT is a utility token which means the price has to remain low for companies to even want to use it. It is just the way it is right now

>>28099999Staking really changes the way people look at supply of a token, there's no reason to think that it would go down in the long run. A brief dip is expected, but a lot of people will see that as an entry point rather than a point to leave. I've been telling friends to get in on grt while it's still cheap; all of us are CS grads and we all have a lot of faith in the project but they keep waiting for a big dip for some dumb reason. I'm n smg / traditional investment fag and I've been hands-off on crypto due to how volatile and risky it can be, but GRT is the one that's convinced me about almost guaranteed high returns. Everything about this project points to an upwards track and even at $1 it's a steal in my opinion. I have a 5.5k stack and will be doubling or tripling it soon. Reminder that the absolute -MAXIMUM- floating supply of tokens once every token has been dumped will be approximately 2 billion tokens due to the sheer volume of tokens staked by indexers and delegators.Keep this in mind when calculating the real market cap in your EOY, 2Y, 3Y, 4Y etc. predictions.
>>28102509lmao wtf is this
Anyone want to address my FUD? The query fees have been estimated by the team to be $0.00001 per query, and right now the Graph processes approximately 500m queries. That means, throughout the whole network, the Graph generates literally $5,000 a day. Or $1.825M a year. How are GRT holders expected to receive anything significant from staking returns from querying fees? Inflation vastly outpaces those returns alone. This is especially concerning because Graph already has monopolized blockchain querying. So there's no extra clients to get. The only way Graph revenue goes up significantly is if blockchain does MULTIPLE more 1000x years.Hope it does, but we're still far away.

Basically imagine you're a guy being offered a chance to invest in the patent for paved roads but you can't understand why they're important since only like 5 people even own a horse drawn cart. Some technologies are self fulfilling. >>28107649You didnt just see the world get cucked by them in gamestop stock?
I traded most of my BTC for GRT and now BTC is pumping reeeee
Anyone here use Coinbase DCA?
>>28130896This. This is why I'm all in. Either web 3.0 fails and all of crypto is completely pointless, or it succeeds and I'm rocketed into generational wealth. No in between.
>>28099514>>28099931>>28099999>>28114016To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand GRT. The tech is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of theoretical blockchain most of the indexes will go over a typical retard's head. There's also Yaniv's outlook, which is deftly woven into his characterisation - his personal philosophy draws heavily from Vitalik literature, for instance. It's for the ladies' eyes only- And even they have to demonstrate that they're within 5 GRT of my own (preferably lower) beforehand
>>28131405Exactly. I'm struggling to not trade in these times, and I might pull the trigger soon honestly to get some gains and transfer all of them into GRT.
>>28127563Its priced in dumbassIf it wasnt we wouldnt know about it. Everyone doing a tiny bit of DD knows
Poor fag here. Should I put another £100 in this or Ada?
>>28131507My only real doubt is whether I should pull even more out of my normie stock portfolio to buy more GRT or is I'm fine where I am. I think I should just call my stack complete and let the compounding interest do its thing.
I want to utilize a hardware wallet for metamask. Is there one in particular you guys would recommend? Is there a guide or resource I could reference to have a better understanding?
>>28131663I'm not even in normie stocks anymore. in the long run it isn't worth it compared to crypto and it's too much of a hassle to sell my crypto into stocks at this point (I'm 95% crypto)
>>28130712do you mean GRT could work on something non ethereum based?
>>28131823You're a brave man. Maybe soon I'll pull that trigger. I just want to diversify but I know I'm cheating myself out of ridiculous crypto gains.
>>28131997https://forum.thegraph.com/t/the-graph-evaluates-integrating-additional-l1-blockchains/267
>>28131997Yuphttps://thegraph.com/blog/evaluating-multiblockchain
>>28132007Thanks sir. I am also all-in GRT right now though which is a little bit scary so I may have to diversify. I seriously have trouble choosing though because it seems like buying any of the major cryptos is a very partisan move, and I want to buy web3 middleware such as LINK and GRT.
>>28132007Just quit putting money into those. And and fiat here. That's what im going to do. But im still new so Im pumping in cash
>>28132102>https://thegraph.com/blog/evaluating-multiblockchain>>28132054oh thank godI spent alot of time doing a crash course on this about indexing/delegating, the people behind it, and what its being used in last week. It started rising then and I hopped in once I had most of it figured out. Missed some details like this thoughalso >https://dcg.co/portfolio/>https://finance.yahoo.com/news/rothschild-investment-adds-grayscale-bitcoin-222716944.html
>>28131141Yup I am a lazy burger who doesn't mind the extra fees.
I delegated about 40k and after two days I only received .001 GRT. Wtf did I do wrong?
>>28132340Is everyday of small amounts better or just larger monthly ones? I think it weights it more heavily for day for dips.
>>28132412Legit everything, you’re probably picking the wrong shit.
>>28132412You might be getting cucked on the reward cut
>>28132412You probably picked a bad indexer.I would suggest talking to an indexer in their discord and telegram so you can yell at them if they try to mess with things.
>>28132268That makes sense. I've got close to 100k in stonks. If I left it alone until retirement it would be enough to retire on so I think I'll be good to just yolo cryo from here on.
>>28132321Greyscale has been bought by the Rothschilds?Follow the smart money if so
>>28131792>https://forum.thegraph.com/t/the-graph-evaluates-integrating-additional-l1-blockchains/267I have a ledger Nano. Well it works, costs around 40 bucks, would buy it again.
>>28132492I set mine weekly so I don't pay fees daily. Theres also fee thresholds for example buying 100 GRT may cost $2 but 200 GRT costs $2.50 so just pay attention to the purchase preview and play around with the numbers. Set and forget, don't need to think about it.
Serious question. So Im new and i only got 413 on these puppies. I plan on adding only like 25 dollars a week to my account but i Don t know if i just keep buying this it buy some other Shit. I started last Friday and first 25 after the initial 400 went to stellar. People say that Shit just crabs though idk
>>28132321That doesn't mean much, there's a million companies there and Brave is one of them.>t. lifelong worthless BAT holder
>>28126485It wont show on ledger live but should show if you link the ledger to metamask and add grt token under the hardware token profile from within metamask.
>>28132739Well i would probably not go all in on crazy Shit hete either. Maybe when you get good gains throw some over to the regular stocks. That sort of thing. Yellen could rape us all one day
>>28133197Just put it all into GRT $10 EOYEnjoy fren
>>28126485Just check your etherscan, if it's there then you're good.
>>28133386Ok. 1 more. So i have coinbase and coinage pro. It appears that buying on coinbase pro is with less fees. So should i start buying everything there? Should i just move all my get there?
> Engineering job> got a part time job flipping burgers on the weekend just to buy more GRT
>>28133611not the person youre replying to but...if youre going to move your shit you might as well move it into a wallet.use coinbase pro from now on as you pointed out, it has less fees
>>28099514Hold the line GRT chads...
>>28133611Yes you can use CoinbasePro for lower fees.Personally I use regular Cuckbase for the mindless DCA.
>>28133704Same, except now I just blast out as much overtime as I can.
am i absolutely fucked if i have to wait 2 months to buy a 20k stack of grt?
>>28133949As an American, it pains me that taxes on trading and exchanging.
>>28099514lmao imagine buying into this shitcoin rugpull scam
>keeps crabbing forvere
>>28132412Could help you better if you told us what indexer
>>28132974thanks but what is that link relevant to bro
>>28132564The total ROI when I entered was 3% and the reward cuts are only 20%
>>28133808Here's my thing. I have a metamask account but adding funds to that seems retarded. Can I simply buy eth on coinbase pro and move it into that? Right now i am unable to buy any of the super cheap Shit to be able to buy shitloads. Or new projects. Im basically stuck buying ehat coinbase offers
>>28121510I would love that. As a Canadian, Coinbase is great. But they could be doing so much better.
>>28135038>20%dude thats fucking awful
>>28135216Welp there goes 200 GRT. Be back in 28 days
.96 cent stable coin
Its dumping!
>>28135843kek remember a few days ago when it was an .80 cent stable coin
>>28135994We don’t think about the past. It it drops 0.000003 we panic sell here
>>28133704>Software engineer>My GRT works part time as a fast food worker buying me more GRT with 100% of his check into more GRT tax free
>>28135933Can someone make a better one pls. Im a phone fag
I mine Ethereum with my RTX 3080 and I want to trade some of it for GRT (I want to maximize my mining gains by trading ETH for various altcoins)how do I do so without paying a hundred fucking dollars in gas fees?
What does this shitcoin do?
>>28099514about 1/4 of my profile is this
>>28136545Want until the network is less congested.
>>28136804https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7gC7xJ_98r8&t=3s
Why is this piece of shit dumping
>>28134534>keeps crabbing foreverIt does this every week. Crabs during the week, pumps during the weekend.
>>28136883are there reliable websites that predict when this will happen?
>>28136964Because BTC is pumping
>>28136545Do more mining so the price goes down for all of us. or tell uniswap to go down for 20 min.https://etherscan.io/gastracker = 200Gwei
>>28132701Any advice on getting around the phone verification? I have a VoIP phone and am unable to verify to talk in server chat.
is leaving it on metamask safe? i cant figure out how to fucking put it on a ledger and im getting furious
Waiting for dump to .85
>>28133704lmao incredibly based
how long after delegating do you get rewards?
DUMP YOU PIECE OF SHIT
>>28137273If it's on Metamask, why don't you just move it to the graph to delegate it?
>>28133704Fellow engineer here I fucking hate it. You just inspired me to dump more of my ridiculously high starting salary in.
BTC has come for out assholes
6 cents drop, SELL SELL SELL
Yeah fuck BTC. I'm out.
Jesus fucking Christ I’m bleeding sats.
>>2813983728 day lock up bitch. Now youre forced to not make a terrible decision.
>>28136545i've got a 3080how much eth are you getting? do you leave it running 247?
>>28139950Yeah I have 3k and not going to trust an indexer to rug pull me by changing my return. Not delegating till they implement the rep system.
>>28134407I am a Hodler, but if you are trading then yeah it can be a headache and a problem. Its a big reason why I choose to Hold because I know Uncle Same will come after his cut
>>28139147can you explain how to go about doing that, im retarded as shit unfournately
>>28099999Very, very, very rare digits my man. Utterly wasted too
The people fudding GRT at this point are day traders. Every time we hit a new peak they come in and starting spewing their bs. They can't stop cooming to the peaks and valleys. Ignore them.
GRT = Google of BlockchainIf you meme it, normies will cum
>>28140474Make the meme for us anon
>>28140365i promise you if you fucking google it you will figure it outhttps://thegraphportal.com/how-to-delegate/this was the first result i got when typing "how to delegate grt"
>>28140040Can't believe they didn't implement a rep system from the start. I was looking at the list of indexers yesterday and none of them even had a cooldown before they can rugpull your rewards.
>>28140474>>28140590it already is the meme
>>28140450This bullish chart makes my penis the big penis. I only hope I have time to accumulate more before this thing blasts the fuck off.
>>28140450its always the same retards who are looking for a 100 dollar trade and their dopamine high
>>28131423Good edit.
>>28141382Yep.
Smh. I was supposed to be rich by now
Which hardware wallets store GRT? I was looking at the Trezor Modlel T and it has like 1,000 plus coins but not The Graph
>>28139994I have it set up to automatically start mining if the mouse doesn't move for 5 minutes and to stop the moment it's touched. I leave it on 24/7 and the ethermine pool pays me 40-45 dollars a week.my computer consumes about $27 in electricity each month @ 10.2 cents kwhyou will need to set a custom fan curve because BOY DOES MINING MAKE NOISE if set to the default curve.
>>28099999fucking kek, shitcoin confirmed
>>28140450It’s the Officer Derek Chauvin of peaceful criminal detainment
>>28102509nice screencap thanks
>>28132102Wouldnt this still involve GRT as a token being on the ethereum blockchain though? We are increasingly seeing the issues with gas fees right now, I don't want betting on GRT to be betting on the success of ETH.

>>28122749i'm getting more with an indexer who has a 96% reward cut than with a few in the 10-20% range. I like it that people don't bother doing the math. There's an equation in the graph forums and some third party website can calculate rewards for you.
