Yes it's the easiest shit ever, you just choose how much you want to stake (need 2000 AVAX) or delegate (need 25 AVAX)

transfer to P-chain, takes a few seconds

then click ont he 'earn tab', the 'delegate' - it will provide a list of validators that are available for delegating... you want one with 2% fees (the lowest) and a lot of AVAX staked as somebody with a lot of skin in the game is less likely to fail on uptime

then just select the amount you want to stake and for how long, and confirm
