Being debt free is advice for retards and midwits. It's not good advice for investors or for those financially experienced.

The people who call in to Ramsey's show with mountains of credit card and student loan debts are midwits and retards though. There's a huge difference between that kind of debt and using a low interest very short term margin loan to be able to capitalize on a market opportunity faster than it would take to transfer funds into an account or to liquidate other holdings. Nobody who calls into Ramsey's show is ever going to have the brain power to do the latter.
