any brits here ?
what are you thoughts on PMO ? (premier oil)
pre-covid they were at 1£ and now it's going for 0.2 , even though oil price has shoot up massively
and they're going to do a reverse merger increasing their production from 50k to 200-300k barrel a year, whipping their entire debt and getting a 4 billion tax credit
i know it is the most shorted stock in the uk but if i buy and hodl after the merger i think it can easily reach 1 or 2£
what i'm i missing ? looks like easy money

they are profitable when oil reaches 30$ , now at 60$ they're cruising
the old management was incompetent , but the new one will be good for the stock , after the 1st Q you should expect this to raise , rumours are that the new corp would be worth 0.35 0.4 at open

all you need are 2-3 moving averages, the ATR (measures volatility), an understanding of price action and volume patterns, and a good risk management system. everything else is a meme.

unironically slap a 10 and 20 period EMA on a 1-5m chart and see how often buying at the 20 when the 10 is above it or shorting at the 20 when the 10 is below is would be a good idea. note that TA only really works on high average daily volume stocks with relatively tight spreads, it's important to know what stocks are "in play" for any given day. certain ones like AMD, AAPL, or BAC are always in play.

Gonna drop some fundamental deep value DD’s here and you faggots better listen

PCG; Recently they were allowed to raise rates by 8%, given liability release from fires next year by california courts and sold off rights to their towers to cell companies to place infrastructure on them. Despite all of this fucking dope ass news the stock is fucking down 3% on the month despite getting paid $1b in cash and getting approved for an 8% revenue hike. Beyond all this, their infrastructure they own is literally fucking priceless. Like at minimum 500 billion in replacement value and Im probably being conservative. This is a case of extreme undervaluation.

They needed 6b in non-GAAP earnings to reinstate the dividend. By my calculations we should see a dividend return as early as 4q next year. Waiting on annual shareholder report for confirmation. Once the dividends come back, boomer pension funds flood in and the price goes back to 70, in a pretty short time frame.

RIG; Deep ocean drilling company, Biden admin openly talking about pulling drilling lease rights, shut down major pipeline in first week, plus more fuckery to come to jack your gas prices up. Beyond that, rig has an enterprise value that is 3x their market cap. The reason it is so low is because Trump rolled back regs on oil and the price tanked and they couldnt break even, as Regulations come back, and stricter than they ever were before price is poised to rocket up and RIG stands to benefit more than anyone else from it. They have already risen 261% since biden was elected. On top of all of this, since deep ocean drilling was fucking ass raped during the Trump admin almost all their competition went out of business or was bought out by them. At peak oil fuckery this was a $150 stock.

And the real fucking kicker? Blackrock loaded up on more on the 1st.

The company does something retarded that halts it's growth or loses steam basically. You'll almost always "gain" by holding but you'll be tying your portfolio's potential purely to those companies or ETFs, which can be slower than inflation.

Basically no. Your problem in your greentext isn't "fucking around with penny stocks and meme shit", it's that you actually sold.
The only criterion that matters for selling is if the DD is no longer valid. Example: you are playing earning and earnings were bad, or you were expecting fda approval and the drug was rejected.
Another example is if you are a fish chad so you buy AQB. Then you'll be holding that shit through farm 3, farm 4, farm 5 (it's in china, they're currently cleaning up because they're already approved for field trials), and when it reaches $2k/share maybe they'll stop focusing on growth and pivot to increasing their share of GMO to non-GMO offerings, so that will slow down the stock price increase and then you'll be selling for the next 100x meme.

1. Overvalued for what it is
2. Going to face competition from traditional carmakers on EVs really soon (Electric & Hybrid F-150's and Ford vans coming soon)
3. Going to face competition on self-driving, google/uber labs are working with Ford and VW through a self-driving startup
4. Losing their tax breaks and subsidies
5. Lack of secondary market for parts/mechanics means no mass-adoption.

alright bois heres my super secret list of REE plays. ull need OTC access for most of these. if you want to read up on the importance of rare earths (elements used in consumer and military products, magnets, lasers, EVs, etc) check out this article to start. https://www.reuters.com/article/us-usa-trade-china-rareearth-explainer/u-s-dependence-on-chinas-rare-earth-trade-war-vulnerability-idUSKCN1TS3AQ i for one want broad exposure to these companies simply due to the geo political shift away from the chinese monopoly towards independent supply chains. us is working closely with companies in america, australia and canada to break the production monopoly so that the metals can be processed in the us -- not china, which currently holds like 80% of the worlds processing capabilities. here is my LIST, i can shill individual ones in other posts. i put a lot of work into companies that have a chance to be viable not complete bullshit juniors:

Eurofags rate my ETF DCA strategy, 3k€/mo (additionally I also do stocks, this is only the ETF money allocation):
- 1250€ - Vanguard FTSE All-World - Dist [~VT]
- 750€ - Amundi MSCI Emerging Markets Asia - Acc [~EEMA]
- 500€ - Lyxor MSCI Future Mobility ESG Filtered - Acc [~ICLN]
- 300€ - Lyxor Nasdaq-100 - Dist [~QQQ]
- 200€ - Amundi 2x Leveraged MSCI USA Daily - Acc [~SSO]

Region allocation: US: 46%, Asia 40%, Others: 14%

The Vanguard is the big boring one. EM Asia is to overweight Asia (but not the non-Asian emerging markets) because I think Asia, especially China will outperform the US on the long run. Future Mobility is a sector bet on the green meme but actually a realistic one in contrast to "clean energy". Nasdaq-100 to overweight US tech a bit, self-explanatory. The 2x MSCI USA (basically 2x S&P500) is a long term experiment to get some leveraged (USA) exposure. Anything not consitently outperforming the Vanguard will get the plug pulled. Once the dividend yield exceeds my tax-free limit I'll shift the distributing to accumulating ones. No bonds. Gonna re-evaluate this every 6 months or so.

Maybe in urban areas but you are forgetting about how vast some rural areas are. Driving through Ontario in Canada for example there are signs warning you to stop for gas because of how sparsely populated these areas are. You are talking about billions of dollars in infrastructure changes, not to mention also having to change over transport vehicles as well. We are also headed into a recession so where is the money coming from to change all this shit over?
You are also forgetting about the oil used in plastics. Even IF we get rid of gasoline vehicles what do you expect plastic is going to come from?
Converting to all electric in a decade is not feasible and not realistic. I would say at least 20 years for conversion to electric and at least 50 years to do away with oil based plastics, and thats if the governments start proactive measures now.

https://www.investopedia.com/articles/personal-finance/040915/how-whatsapp-makes-money.asp

Whatsapp does make money, and isn't publicly traded. Facebook's market cap is so high because of their advertising bullshit (which is much more comprehensive and profitable than you think, they essentially have a monopoly on effective social media advertising.) Whatsapp also could potentially be a paid service, since that's what they were originally. BAM there's your growth retard. Kill yourself.
