Lost my house in 08 after losing my father, able to get a new place to live but it's got a cracked foundation, moldy basement that leaks.

It's not the next LINK because LINK is the next LINK. LINK hasn't even started. LINK will literally be thousands of dollars, nobody outside the deluded few can get their heads around it, but there is no question. GRT with it's high launch cap doesn't have the same start to finish growth potential as LINK, but is a crucial piece of baseline infrastructure that will be worth 10s of dollars once the smart contract stack is mature. An excellent buy and a rock solid project but I don't see it as going 100x or more from here.
