Also gonna sound gay here but for me it's golf. I played when I was in my early teens but hadn't played for almost two decades. I made a shit ton off crypto but found myself empty. I took back up golf. Getting to go out everyday, practise, see improvements. It really made me feel good. Then there's the social aspect to it, getting to travel etc. I'm not saying golf is the answer for you, but a hobby, sport or passion can work wonders.
