I'm tired of being a poorfag, tired of being reliant on my mom while I wait for covid to fuck off so I can resume college. Even then I'm looking at years until I get my finance degree as I'm only 31 credits in. I talk all the time about wanting to avoid marriage and kids, avoid being house poor, avoid all the typical normalfag financial retardation. I talk about wanting to do stocks once I have a real full on career job (and not pizza delivery).

I see nothing but stock threads on this board, and it looks like a lot of anons are getting rich from it. We no longer need stock brokers as we can do it all from our PC's and phones.
I make around 1k a month, and I wanna start investing in stocks now. A co-worker was telling me about ZOM, apparently its gone from being worth 36 cents a share to a dollar and some change over like a week (or maybe a month I forget). They are launching some new veterinarian tech that will help animals that apparently smaller vets couldn't afford before, the stock apparently is projected to sky rocket in value come March when they launch the tech.
Thoughts?
Any suggestions for other stocks? Any apps I should be using?
Anyone got any links to good articles about getting started investing? Also a guy they brought in for my business class last spring liked my idea about living by myself in a studio apartment and dumping most of my earnings into investing into basically everything so much he told me about this subreddit called "Fyre" but I still can't find it, it was basically a less stock centric version of /biz/
