It's not a scam. It's tied to a legitimate and functioning product (though still in it's early days) over at rubic.exchange. There are quite a few full time (white) devs working on it as well. RBC is gonna be AT LEAST $5 by the end of the year. Do your own research by going to rubics websites and youtube channel. they had an AMA today with very good answers for the community
