That sounds reasonable. These are things that will affect the token price.
1. Will dapp developers start hoarding tokens for themselves so that they can begin querying at their own discounted price?
2. Will the majority of token holder delegate for? (This means more burning of tokens will happen if they do.)
3. Will the burn rate of tokens be changed? There is a graph council (people who own a shit ton of graph tokens) that can determine the burn rate.
