Always remember that by the time it's shilled here, at least one guy has already filled his bags. That’s not necessarily a disincentive to buy, but it’s important to keep in mind.
If you don’t want to gamble purely on what’s being shilled here, go to coingecko, check recent listings, keep your eye on things that

a) have an actual product in beta, not just a wishlist
b) have a market cap under a million and
c) have trading volume that's at least a percent of mcap

Then once you get a 3x-5x, cash most of your investment out unless you REALLY believe, in which case just get your initial investment plus a respectable profit and let it ride.

If I want to buy crypto but all coins are rallying (like today for example) I can count on buying LINK because LINK never pumps side to side with everything else. LINK will be $30 by end of year.

Takes 80-100 usd to make a trade in Uniswap bro, if you're apeing with 100-200 it's gonna take a 2-3X just to cover the fees for a round trip (Don't forget you can have failed txs too so there goes your 80-100 usd) you need 4 figs+ to trade on Uni now. you gotta really be sure the coin is gonna do a 2x min which is not guaranteed.
