If the dollar tanks (and I don’t see why it wouldn’t based on the ridiculous fiscal decisions of the federal government over the last year and their plans going forward), what will that mean for crypto?

Depends. If people lose confidence in the dollar, this could cause a Crack-up-boom, with crypto probably one of the biggest beneficiaries. And the way things are going currently, I don't even think of that as highly unlikely. However, I doubt that the dollar will be the first currency to fail.
