Not really man. Honest answer. My networth broke $1 million first time I was 30 years old and I unironically dieted down to the best shape of my life at that age, being able to do pull-ups, low bodyfat and strength was at best. I literally peaked at 30 years old, financially and physically.

When I was 16 I was an extremely skinnyfat, unathletic kid without much confidence, looking back: life was horrible because had no idea what I should do with my life in terms of career etc. I spent years stressing only to find out that I could have literally spend my time sticking my finger in-and-out of a doughnut hole and it would not have made much difference.
