retard here with some advice. Never take advice from retards.

It depends on your situation. Look at longer term trends in gold and silver. Why did you buy any, what is your plan, did your plan change based on pay raise/cut, what are your expenses? Never rush to buy. Have a plan and schedule. I bought in March 2020 have not moved since. I am following my plan. Have a balanced portfolio, invest, don't gamble.

i personally am a big fan of the air-tite individual capsules. it looks like you have them on the kookabura's. they're fairly cheap, but some people don't mind just leaving them in the factory hermetically sealed vinyl or whatever it is. however they are a pain to keep neat, so i commonly see alout of roundfags go for the tubes that hold however many all stacked up. i'm a barfag, so i just get these. if you have loose coins/bars, an everyday tupperware should work just fine but it's really up to you, just don't leave them out in the open air.

You BUY when :
>AG is @10-11

NOT BEFORE

And you SELL when :
>AG above $14.50-16
>PAAS above $36-37

Rinse and repeat. It's that easy to make free fucking money each month, you just have to follow these 2 simple fast steps. Stop FOMOing like plebbit newfags.

Attending these threads is extremely fucking bitter yet slightly 0.5% sweet. Just two fucking years ago, I had 100 ounces. It was a small fucking collection, but it was my 100 ounces I worked so hard for. Various 5 ounces here and there, junk silver, american eagle coins, a really cool hercules silver coin, a 10 ouncer here and there...all of it fucking obtained over a decent period of time. All from a texas coin shop in Dallas from a guy who was buddy buddy with me and sold me it all just a dollar over each spot. Fucking hell, all of it is gone. I just started collecting again about a month ago, and with my 10 fucking ounces right now it puts a damn hole in my heart that I ever was forced to get rid of my initial 100 ounces. Especially being married now and with a kid and spot + premium trying to fuck me over. Shit fucking sucks. Fucking hell these threads are a reminder of my previous stack. I was so damn proud of it too. The fucking price needs to come down over tax season. I filed my taxes already and I know that the IRS begins working on taxes on the 15th. I hope we get our cash around the end of this month cuz I want to go all in again. Holy shit I need some booze.

I was in an extremely bad financial spot back then and had zero help from anyone else other than me at the time. Lost my job from not being able to walk for an entire month straight. I was literally unable to walk from a terrible issue with my sciatica to where I was sweating bullets and grunting like a fucking animal just trying to get up from the floor. Something happened to my back to where I was literally sitting in a chic fil a one day and suddenly my lower back went out on me to where I had to stop eating, literally walk with a limp to my car, physically cry in ridiculous pain from my lower back and right leg going completely numb and feeling like a knife was being dug into me 24.7, got to my apartment, literally crawled up the 3 flights of stairs with tears dripping everywhere, and then I got to my apartment and laid on my back for an entire 5 days straight with my girlfriend assisting me. Then medics came and had to carry me back down the flights of stairs and then took me to the hospital. It was easily the most painful moments of my life. My job also didn't care about my problem. Had to sell silver to pay bills.

Hello fren, and no unfortunately that isn't currently an acceptable price. Look for the most recently listed Buy it Now sterling items in the Antiques category, refresh periodically, and you'll frequently find stuff for well under $0.70/g. If it's a very attractive/rare and appealing piece that's different, but as bullion you should never pay above melt for sterling items and ideally pay well below melt.

If we don't have fiat to value silver and gold, wtf is it worth and how to do we define it? Right now you look at fiat land price and take out enough gold to cover it but if the fiat amount is gone the value of the land when sold for metals could change rapidly.

Ah but my friend there are some very old lost gold mine and treasure stories from Texas. There have been some very rare massive gold nuggets found scattered across the state, most appearing hosted by quartz veining and which could not have traveled more than a few miles from their sources. There have also been some large gold coin hoards from the time of the mexican and civil wars as well as depression era. A metal detector and some training my produce some luck, and knowing some skills in geology may help you find something as well. Look up the states geology, there are gold mines in the state, start near one of these abandoned mines and start searching, who knows what you might find.

go for the waste piles and ore bins. The old school miners sometimes got sloppy and would leave high grade ore in the waste dumps. If you find pic related, look in or around it as this is the place where the best ore was left for transport to a mill.

Please dont actually go into abandoned mines without knowing what your doing, I spend time in them and they can be death traps to the ill experienced. If your in gold country, look for quartz veins the old boys were following, look for minerals in rusty quartz like pyrite and galena. these are friends of gold and hang out with it a lot.

Not much longer. Physical demand outpace supply since 2005-2006, and we only have a positive net balance thanks to central bank silver depleting their stocks to feed the market. The issue is now silver reserves held by CBs around the world are basically fucking 0.
Well, 200M oz to be exact, which represent a third of a year of industrial demand. Which of course is laughably low.

Why do you think JPM liquidated all their -decade long- short positions on silver to go long last september? They know it's all coming to an end, and didn't want to risk what remain of their dragon stack as a collateral for shorts who can go through the COMEX delivery process.

We are living the last moments of the financial world, which was really just a gigantic jewish leech sucking dry all nations.
I really hope you all are staying far away from any overinflated bubble like tech stonks, services etc... Once the everything bubble pop, commodities (not just silver, silver simply happen to be the most suppressed one) will become kings.

But more seriously, once the great moon shot happen, you'll know it, there will be some sort of catalyst, like an official announcement of the COMEX automatically settling for cash or LBMA vault refusing deliveries. Or industries starting to load up on silver for annum +1 +2 of manufacturing.
My point is it wont magically happen all of a sudden, and when it happen, you'll know now is the time to load the fuck up, no matter the price.

In the meantime nothing wrong with swinging to accoomulate more cash to get more shares. Especially considering how predictive the patterns are since few months. It's like reading an open book.

many of these mines were not shut down because they ran out of ore. Some were abandoned after their family members died in the great wars, others closed because metal prices were too low to be economical while yet others shut down because of access or other problems. Yes many of the more easy to access places may have been looked over, most were only looked at by tourists not miners.

For example, years ago I was wandering along a fairly well known hiking trail near the town of Rossland on Red Mountain. I stopped by an old ore bin like pic related and was looking at the rock below it when i saw something shining in the quartz. It wasnt pyrite, it was free mill gold. That whole white layer of quartz ore was full of free mill gold. people just dont look or care the gold is there.

Incredible stuff!
Now this is how i imagine America. Funny to see there isn't a single nigger or woman in the mines, i guess they aren't in a hurry to push their victimization agenda when it's about doing 10 hours shafts in loud, hot, moist, suffocating dark holes 20 miles underground...

A junior mining company with perfect financials is a rare bird. The fundamentals of this company are just so utterly compelling at the current market cap that I am not too concerned about the debt. Once silver can break that $30 resistance and maintain above it, companies like BHS, which are close to demonstrating production at exactly the right time, should shoot up like a rocket. I bought even more today and really shouldn't have, but could not resist.

I go all in on silver until the GSR drops to below 50, then I’ll move to 1:100 ratio for my own stack. If GSR keeps falling I’ll readjust the ratio.

You would be surprised how many ladies work in the industry, but they arent doing the actual digging usually. Their machine operators, surveyors and mill staff. However there is zero talk of any 4th wave feminist bullshit or gender equality. You work in our industry you are treated the same way as everyone else, no ifs ands or buts.

I understand that and full disclosure I hold shares of them. But $2M in current debt with no revenue generation isn't something that can just be wished away with good will. Im sure they'll pay some of it off and just extend the maturity date of their debt. Getting 3x more financing than expected is definitely a good sign

There's plenty of info available online, if you want a general place to start the Doug Stone books are great (expensive though) and there's ones for each of the major prospecting states.

Check out each state's geo resources page too, here's an example for NSW: https://minview.geoscience.nsw.gov.au/#/?lon=148.5&lat=-32.50000&z=7&l=
Government pours a shit ton of money into finding deposits, also check out the state libraries for old maps and the like (pic related).

In terms of general advice on panning/prospecting, you have to be resilient. Try hiring a Minelab SDC from a shop somewhere and head out and have a crack in a common spot, I haven't prospected in qld but from memory there's a few spots near mt isa
