Orderbook is a little confusing, i'll explain. Both sides need to fill in the trade for the trade to go through, once that happens the trade triggers. Nobody is selling RBC on orderbook cause we're all holding so you probably put in the ETH but whoever created the order never put up the RBC meaning the trade will never trigger unless they do.
Just stick to instantswap for now until rubic gets more volume as an exchange, then the orderbook may be more viable.
