Buy a hardware wallet, either a ledger of trezor. Once you have that wallet you'll create an ethereum address on it. Then you'll send your GRT to your Ethereum address.
Next download the metamask browser plugin and connect it to your hardware wallet. You can then delegate your GRT using metamask.
