hi /biz/. i'm 32 and want to be a millionaire by the time i'm 40. what's the best strategy here? i feel over-diversified.
assets:
>two sports cars (both low-mileage, paid off, under warranty)
>one condo (paid off, renting it out)
>LIRA (self-managed) with $50k
>TFSA with $3,400
>brokerage account with $1,500
>approximately $10k in crypto
>$90 in my checking account
liabilities:
>$16,000 CC balance

Stop buying shit on your credit card. Take the 90k in your checking account and buy XOM. Sell XOM when it hits 80$ while you collect sweet dividends. Wait for next market crash and go all in on a non meme undervalued stock.

>> No.27730933

Your green text tells me that you fundamentally don’t have the mentality to ever become a Millionaire if you unironically have two sports cars and $90 in your checking account with 16k wrapped in credit cards

Best you can hope for is just get a high paying job and buy SPY or something

Kek two sports cars anon? Retard that could've already been your million if you invested it. 90k in checking? Do you like losing money to inflation? 16k on CC balance? Yep, you're definitely a wagie who tried to impress other wagies and fell the for scam. What a retard... Sell all your bullshit, pay off your debts, invest it into some index funds & cryptos... Probably hit a million before you're even 34 at that rate. We're about to be in a massive altcoin bull market and you can literally just toss a few grand into anything and watch it turn into 50-100k. Just look at rubic... 3500% in less than a month.

First of all: you have 2 sports cars, a condo, minimal retirement, CC debt and no fiat. I hope you realize you have been absolutely fucked by trying to finance a lifestyle and playing the jew credit game.

Sell your condo, sell your cars, pay off CC and put the rest into crypto. I'm not even fucking joking. This isnt dave ramsey inspire either. It's not your fault but you have the most normie ideas about what will generate wealth. I used to work in banking and this is what everyone does. Theres this ridiculous idea that taking on LIABILITIES is going to make you money. It sounds like you worked hard and paidthese things off so cudos for that but you didn't put it to work for you so far. It's not earning interest or in a good stock. Owning a condo as an investment property is a fucking headache. Worrying about 2 giant depreciating assets (liabilities) is a headache. Im assuming your job is decent for what you have. You will make it if you pull your head out of your ass.

If you stake BAO all year this year, you're going to have a good time. Making a "good" entry doesn't really matter right now because it is so new. The sooner you take advantage of the this initial distribution curve, the better off you'll be in 2022, 23, 24 with passive gains.

How does staking work anon? What's the process and what's happening when you actually stake? Am I retarded for just buying some, because it seems like I can get a whole lot more BAO of I stake the ETH that used to buy it. People are making 200k a day and I bought 200k.

i paid cash for the condo and cars in 2018/19.
manage my own LIRA because i asked to be laid off last year when rona was starting to hit. the condo was the worst financial decision i ever made tbqh. my tenant is legit so at least i have that.
not selling the cars unless i'm about to be homeless (i'm not).

why is everyone saying pay off the credit card? i'd rather just drag that one out.

Okay but you're renting out a condo, where does the money you get from that go? I know 2 percent isn't a crazy high interest rate but that 16,000 is going to continue climbing if you aren't paying off at least 400 bucks every month

>> No.27734387

IMHO, the only way to become a millionaire quickly, without outright hitting paydirt on a business idea and it sky rocketing...is cheap crypto.

And buy a lot...scour pages and pages of white papers. find decent projects and get in as early as possible. And dont be afraid to lose on a few...because the one that does hit makes you the millionaire.

There's no helping someone with a thought process like yours. You're destined to be in debt for the rest of your life. Stay poor retard... Live as a slave looking over your shoulder at your credit card debts for the rest of your life.
