I’m not an expert of a professional, so I can’t give you any solid financial advice. My own personal strategy is this (only when looking at solid longer term holds):

1) do I like the company?
2) look at recent news and leadership, does it have future promise?
3) look at price history charts 1w, 1m, 3m, 1yr... is it bearish or bullish? Would you be buying in at a peak? If the candles are what we refer to as “huge green dildos” it may be a risky purchase at that point as breakouts aren’t long lived before a consolidation and potential subsequent breakout.
4) buy the dip, not the top. Buy low sell high.

quarter results were good other then the currency issue because the dollar is declining. nokia is one of those too big to fail companies and as long as Huawei is banned their market share will grow in europe and asia. as long as your selling calls and don't plan on using the money the stock could drop to $3 and you'd still be ahead by this time next year. don't panic sale if you don't have to.

I'm sitting just shy of 3000 shares I literally bought in right before the reddit madness and was up 13k on a single day. I would of sold had I known that Robinhood and a few other brokers were actively going to fuck with the stock but NOK seemed to be on the fringes of attention so I would figure I'd ride it out until I made another grand or so then over the next few days my gains vanished.
