I don't know how to see how much you are currently making per day, but I just timed it from one jump to the next and I am making 166 BAO in 20 seconds, so around 720k a day. At current market price, that is almost 2k worth.

So he probably has around 2.6k tokens staked assuming he is using current price, or anywhere from 3-4k+ if he is using old prices

I had 7.5k in my pool previously but sold around 2/3 of it lol

apy.vision is good if you want to see stats from your LP including impermanent loss. You'll have to manually figure out how much BAO you've farmed and factor that in, however.

that was me. our community loves to help but make sure you either read thebaoman on medium or join the discord so you're up to date. there will be tutorials for the migration but you lose your unclaimed BAO if you don't harvest at least(you can remain on the old farms but you will receive 1/4 the rewards, and the xDai farms will receive 3/4 (the remainder))
