Well you should find what works for you, ideally >90% of your calories should come from meat and unpasteurised (raw) dairy, the rest can be raw honey or fruit.

Best fat sources are grass-fed animal fat or butter. You can eat uncooked olive oil and coconut oil (cooked vegetable oils are easily oxidated which will produce inflammation) but the issue is they are "empty" since we need fat-soluble vitamins and those are only present in animal fat.
tl, dr: eat as much meat as you can, as many eggs as you can, as much butter as you can and top it off with some honey or fruit (seasonal and local). Find what proportions work better for you and if you radically change your diet expect some adaptation time (lack of fiber can either lead to diarrhea or not shitting for a week, I had the latter but no pain or anything, I just didn't have to go)
