1. Learn to read the charts you are looking at, this is the chart that pretty much everyone here uses:

2. When looking at the chart, do not read the 1 minute - 1 hour charts, I promise you will want to kill yourself or generally fry your dopamine receptors. I personally prefer to use 12 hours, it dumbs down the PnD and market correction to 2 candle sticks, and you can see stabilization after. 4 hours is smallest fraction of time I’d go, but sometimes I do look at the 1hr for shits and giggles.

3. Learn to read volume, and moving average double AT LEAST. Also find other indicators that you understand and feel comfortable with. To access these in chartex, click the function button (fix) and find Moving Average Double, this will also bring up the volume. Here’s a very basic guide to reading MVD:
