I'm curious, is 1k a month good/bad where you are? Because it doesn't sound good for the job you're doing, but it could be the norm for whatever country you're in.

Similar job here in Australia would probably at least make 1k a week...

Kinda wishing now I got into urban design/architecture. I read one book about it a year ago that got me hooked. Let's see here.

I make money primarily by buying stuff and selling it on Amazon. I have just sent a shipment into Amazon, so I should be getting $1,000 in revenue over the next month. But that isn't fast enough. I need $400 right now to stay current with my student debt. I should have a lot of money that I made previously, but I pissed it all away. Fuck me. I have about $200, I need $400 total for my student loan payment in a few days, but I also need to have money left over so I can buy more product. My credit card is maxed out right now, I truly am fucked.

I dropped out of college so I don't have a real job. My only conceivable option is to go door to door mowing people's lawns for $20.

I just need to get out of the woods. Once the Amazon money comes in, I'll be able to spend all of that on more products and get the snowball effect going. I'm mad that I don't have more, but at the same time it's interesting to think that I'm going to live the rest of my life on this $1,200 or so assets I have now. Just by buying and selling, and eventually investing, all of my future wealth with come from this tiny seed here.

>invest all the rest
My life dream is to retire as early as possible and go move to my wife's home country and live there with her family, who works on a farm, and just quietly help with their farm but own my house and only get a job if I need to. That way if I want to do something easy like a part time job, I can do that and spend all the cash without worrying about saving because I'll have enough to live on regardless.
>Currently only have $30,000 but I made all that this year only, so if I keep making $30k every six months and reinvesting it I'll be ok by the time I'm 35 or so.

>I don't go an hour without thinking of suicide.
Limit yourself to only a couple hours of 4chan, maybe even internet all together, or even leave completely. Boredom will make you do stuff, don't go for immediate reward past-times tho, like games etc.

Also realize that nihilism is the only truth, and you have only one life. You can be a crypto trader or a bum, or a successful pole dancer, ways to succeed and fail are limitless. Killing yourself is outright dumb thing to do, honestly. I mean it ultimately doesn't matter if you do, but life is a short ride anyway, why miss out even if it sucks.

Life is pretty comfy desu. Basically just working and enjoying hobbies and lifting in my freetime. I want to switch departments for work but I'll have to move into the city (residency requirement). Would like to stay but current job is stagnant while the other is more action and base of 72k after 18 months in, plus plenty of OT opportunities as well.

Assuming I get the job in 6-12 months I can either buy another house or rent for a year or so til I find a good deal. I think the latter is preferable as I did some work on my current house and could profit 40-60k if I wait it out to get a good price instead of trying to make a quick sale.

maybe the translation is bad

in the bachelors degree we get a pretty wide spread education in the first 4 semesters and after that can specify for either finance, marketing, accounting or economy and statistics

if you then want to do a masters in f.e. finance the specific courses of finance in the bachelors degree are required

its a pretty good system actually since you get to know every field first before you need to decide

also its always good to know what other fields are concerned with since you probably will have to cooperate with those fields later

I am extremely lucky to be where I am today because of my dad's connections. All ten of my biz partners are in their late 40s and 50s which is pretty cool lol because I get to learn the biz side from them and they treat me like a bro.

How old is too old to change your life around? I'm nearing 30 and I'm starting to get worried that the "need to get a foothold in your mid 20s" thing is actually a real thing and that I've missed my chance.

40 is the hard cutoff

30 is doable but very difficult. You basically have to put things in motion right now.

You might have sucked at math before, but that doesn't mean you'd suck from this point on. Maybe you just had a shitty teacher, maybe you missed one lesson and everything just fell apart from there (that's how math usually is).

I won most of the local maths competitions when I was a child, and Bulgaria was top 10 in maths back then. 10 years later in uni, I failed 10 maths exams. Didn't find it interesting anymore and it didn't prevent me from becoming a good dev (I was good at discrete maths and statistics, those matter. But I failed calculus 1 5 times and calculus 2 3 times).

Visited Rome and Munich twice these past 24 months, going to visit Prague and Warsaw by the end of the year.

And still most of my cash is going into investments...

Everyone in tech should give EE a try, your living expenses are 20% of your salary. This is the proper way to do wageslaving and it gives you tons of opportunities to progress forward into actual life (aka owning a business and not having to think about money 24/7)

Considering I started proper work in December 2015 I've done ok. Just tired of it all. commute to work is a 20 minute walk and paying a fixed amount to my landlord to avoid the hassle of bills and shit.

I feel I'd have to keep this up for at least another 10 years to reap the benefits of financial freedom and that's not including if I wanted a family which I really really want. I'm just tired all the time now

Can't really tell you much, sorry. I had decent teachers and I just followed their course...

If that's not the case with you, this course seems to be well-received: https://www.coursera.org/learn/basic-statistics

If you don't feel like paying, "Statistics I" from Coursera is up on rutracker.org.

Sry I couldn't be of more help, but I doubt my schoolbooks in Bulgarian would help you out...

Watch videos of people like tai lopez. Examine how he talks. Examine the emotional vibe he gives off.

Find videos of other charismatic people on youtube. Just watch them for hours, and envision yourself as being them, just in a different body.

Slowly you become more like them.
