Go to sushi swap. Under ONSEN pools is the BAO wETH pair. Click add liquidity on far right. (You must have equal parts eth and bao). Add liquidity, confurm on your metamask, once it goes through, you should have SLP tokens in your MM wallet (like a deed of you ownership of liquidity). No, your metamask doesn't tell you concisely but your wallet will get the tokens and log the transaction. Maybe the ui guy they hired will do that someday but you should just do the math yourself.

You also harvest automatically when you unstake, which you'll want to do in March to move to the high reward xDai pools.

First of all, I'd recommend you don't harvest ever. You have to pay gas every time you harvest.
When you unstake you harvest automatically. I'd also recommend you unstake in a month when xDai pools come. The transactions will be much cheaper and the APY much higher.

But if you want to harvest the 5% just shows up in your wallet, sent by the bao token contract on etherscan. You wont see anything about that (to my knowledge) when you're paying the gas.

Download metamask chrome extension. Make an account and transfer some cash to it to buy Ethereum. Then go to uniswap.org and link your account. Put in how much ethereum you wanna swap for BAO and pay a gas fee (horrendously overpriced so don't plan on making little investments otherwise you'll pay a ton). You're gonna be charged a fee to buy Ethereum too, but you can mitigate that cost by downloading coinbase, buying ethereum from there (lower transaction fee), and transferring it to your metamask wallet (which you can sortve figure out how to do).
