given that your 80k amount to ~100$ , it wouldn't make sense for you to farm/stake them either, as the gas prices alone are probably more than that rn.

IMO holding is currently (near-term) a perfectly fine strategy, especially for lower holdings. main risk of just holding bao is that it will inflate in value if the supply/demand ratio stays the same. If however, and i think this scenario is more probable, the demand raises further in near future, the BAO price will continue to raise, despite there being new BAO tokens issued.

Thats my impression, yes. Its a fork of balancer code and im pretty sure that's how it works with there. Tbh my only familiarity with balancer is from the early days of statera, and if I recall correctly thats how the STA pools worked -- Ie you need them all to join. I can imagine a "1 click" option where a smart contract will auto buy all for you to save the hassle.

There could also be a market for the LP tokens themselves too. Ie buy the LP token that is essentially and index token

if you want to switch to staking on the xDAI platform, you will need to have SUSHI liquidity pool tokens
you can migrate your UNI LP tokens to SUSHI here:
