You CAN get some poorfags to pay your mortage, this is how people get a second house, they rent it out. But the "Until I'm ready to move in" part is impossible, you need to start an eviction process, give them enough time to find another place and move out, etc. or they'll take you to court and in rentors vs property owners cases the court a biased towards the rentors in the same way divorce courts are biased towards women.

All they need to do is cry some crocodile tears to the judge about how they're trying to move but it's so hard and they feel pressured and depressed because they're losing their home and blah blah blah, the court will give them everything and you'll be left holding the bag.

If you're really gonna do this and are not just some larping faggot, then make sure to start the process to kick them out at least a year in advance of when you need the place.

Legal or illegal, just make sure it's a family and not single guys.
