when i was a newfag i fell for a fake token presale where i sent 1 ETH to get 80,000 of some random erc20 created by a generator. the tokens were actually real, so it felt legit (many anons saying hey i actually got my tokens! thought this was shady but it's legit), but the liquidity never came. when the "sale" was over, the discord channel was deleted and the website taken down. mother fucker just left with like $40k in ETH.
