Hey guys, so Im a CEO of a pretty famous company. Im not gonna say the name here. Im a little bit in a weird position. So for some time the company didnt do so good because of the former boomer ceo. Okay no problem, Im here now and things will get better. Because of the old boomer the stock price went to the gutter. I shit you not its like really bad. Some few weeks ago the price went up alot. Im thinking of issueing new stocks in order to finance our business. Im thinking about maybe increasing supply by 5x? Any opinion?

You'd rape current shareholders. I'd just raise capital with a much smaller dilution. as in 10%. if any company i owned issued a statement involving a 5x issuing, id dump it immediately.
