It is literally fixed. Loopring allows you to do non-custodial exchange on layer 2. You don't need any gas, just a flat fee. The only problem is adoption.

All the influencers are rich af and want you to keep buying ETH for tx transactions, because they themselves can easily pay for it with their massive stacks. Also, many plebs are too lazy to just use Loopring, so they honestly deserve to lose money on gas fees.
