There's 12,000 BTC worth of loans available on poloniex right now.

Can some experienced /biz/nessmen explain what makes people take more loans at higher rates, because it went from 5,000 BTC at an average of 0.1% yesterday, to 0.047% today and it's still going down while the amount of BTC is climbing. Is 12,000 BTC even a lot? Will we reach a point where there will be enough available BTC for everybody with extremely low interest rates since even more people are gonna start lending?

When do people usually borrow a lot? During volatility? Please explain to a newfag.

Yes during volatility. When a price is fairly horizontal for a while it is more difficult to long and short.

Yes, I know. I write it that way so it's less confusing. Not many ppl would know what "dehs" or "dess" stands for.

All we can do is wait then.
