27453585 No.27453585 [Reply] [Original]

Hello, frens. I'm currently an uber driver living my with parents and have 0 bills to pay. I figure I can take as much risk as I need to learn how to day trade crypto but I'm not exactly sure where to start as I've never done it before. I'd day trade stocks but I don't have 25k in a brokerage account.

I've started by trying to understand uniswap. I bought ETH in coinbase, transferred to metamask, and found out about "gas" real fucking quick. So, that sucked.

I'm looking for information about where to learn and what to use and trying to avoid transaction fees, but can deal with them if (like I keep seeing on this board) I can actually make 2x, 3x, 4x, etc.

Any help would be much appreciated, anons. Thanks.

>> No.27453990

You don't have to use MetaMask as wallet for everything.
I hold ETH too, but rarely use it for transactions. I use binance to convert ETH to smaller coins, where fees are < $0,5
Most often I buy stuff using LTC, while trying to accumulate ETH and LINK as 70% of portfolio. Other 30 are some XMR LTC and most recently KEK
I recommend just to lurk more and try to think for yourself and see where are the best sources for you. No point of watching and trackign somebody else's source as it won't fit your mindset

I'll try binance. I'm not necessarily looking for the big coins although I can see how people make money on them. For now I figure I will trade altcoins daily in order to build more capital.

I have an easy life, anon. I think, to some degree, it's hindered me, but I can literally slam my head against a wall until either I or the wall breaks, and it's not possible for me to break. I want to learn to trade/invest and make money daily so I can be independent, really.

CryptoKEK is a community governed analytics tool with API+Ethereum Node services. The app is similar to dextools but without all the bloat and in my opinion the product looks much cleaner. The team who are fully public (The owner does a weekly livestream on youtube under the channel "Cryptokek") and liquidity is locked for 2 years and team tokens are also locked on a vesting schedule.

CryptoKEK intends to have a free version of the app as well as premium features that will include premium analytics + community perks, bots, api access and also access to ETH archive data. You could pay hundreds of dollars a month for access to these features on other platforms.

CryptoKEK is governed by DAO and the direction of the project is literally in the hands of the holders, if you dont like something or you want something implemented you can start a vote and if it gains enough votes the devs will implement it - Possibly they will just implement it either way if its a good idea!

The project only launched a month ago and the beta app has been completely overhauled in less than a month and looks way better than dextools already with more polish to come before the full product is released 1 week into February. You do not want to miss out on this, not only will buying the token bring you profit but the premium features that will be available to you will also help you make even more profits.

I read somewhere that Coinbase will go public which basically means that they will become something similar to Paypal, which is not good.
This is pure speculation, dyor but I think you should run away from goybase

You're priced out of bitcoin. Dollar cost average ETH. Your last hope. You can also dollar cost average DOT.
You need ONE coin to focus on when you don't have a stack imo.

Or idk.. if you want to gamble, maybe buy some shills from big youtubers and dca between 2 coinsonly.

The Americans anons are so bogged down with brainwashed partisans that they tell all normies to GTFO immediately.

No shame to dream of a better life anon. Plus OP isn't telling a story about "I'm a NEET and want to become rich fast with my 500 bucks" here.

That makes sense since finding stuff on my own was difficult. To learn about stocks there was so much info I was overwhelmed, but to learn about crypto it seems lacking.

I have been lurking for a week or so here, came over from /v/ and /pol/, and I don't feel like I learned much except that pump and dump might actually work, but seems risky because I'd be throwing money at something some stranger said on a vietnamese pearl diving forum.

here's how to not be a gambling retard. read the history of crypto. start with btc, why it began, its guiding principles and what issues its trying to solve (hint: look up Byzantine fault tolerance.) once you know that, read about smart contracts. then think about possible use cases and why its value might go up or down. What are the barriers of smart contract adoption. These kind of questions should guide how you invest in crypto. and don't fucking day trade, statistically you will lose out. Don't worry though 100x is still easily reachable with DD.

>> No.27459725

>>27453585
Step one, is stay away from etherium and erc-20 tokens, they're literally all worthless. Otherwise you'll end up bag holding crypto you can transfer out of your wallet.

Stick to reliable coins with a future, and occasional pump and dumps.

GRT, ADA, LINK, DOT, ALGO, UNI, AAVE. Pick 2-5 of these to buy at next dip, and hold. If you feel lucky, sell when they pop 20% in a day then buy back a couple days later when they drop to increase your stack.

Oh and avoid shitcoins like this. If you have $500 to dump into each one that looks decent you'll make some money, but otherwise you're just gambling and the one that pumps isn't going to be the one you buy, so you'll be left with the bag.
