Yea long term investing (year+) your coins will be diluted to my understanding. Better to farm for the long haul but with price fluctuations you can make some nice change along the way.

Question for 42: Do you stated that it is only profitable to farm in the 5 or 6 fig range. Is it profitable to stake more than one pool (4fig range)? Also, when xDai comes into effect can anons still pool in mainnet?

4 figures it might make sense, but only if we are talking high 4 figures. The multiple pools though really doesn't, since you'd be paying fees for all of them. It really is better to just pair it with Eth and forget it, Baoman himself said he expects the APY for Eth to be overall best.

When xDAI comes around you can still farm like you were it's just the rewards are being cut from 1000 per block to 250. It's better to migrate.

$.01 is easily doable and will probably be there by the summer. $.10 is possible but probably a long ways away. we would need some serious burning mechanisms or see some of the end product fleshed out first.
