This is how you do it on Daedlus. It's quite simple, just pick a pool with low saturation and go. You can use pooltool.io to compare different pools. They all have different philosphies and groups etc so it's a matter of preference.

Whatever you do DO NOT stake on an exchange. They lock in your Cardano and often have stupid fees.
