99% of the threads in here are about capital gains on stocks or crypto. Nothing is being created. No goods, no services. It's all just a zero sum game. Its essentially just a transferal of wealth based on irrational price evaluations. Its all largely luck based and contributes nothing to improving the economy.

Why is so much capital put towards so called assets like these? It's empty wealth. It's a house of cards. Shouldn't investments lead to the creation of goods, services, and technology? Not just the re-arrangement of numbers on a spreadsheet? The markets are fucking broken.
