First thing make an exchange account, if you are not from the US Binance is the best option, otherwise go for Kraken, KuCoin, Coinbase, or CoinMetro.
After that create some wallet to store your crypto, if you have more than $10K you should use an hardware wallet like Ledger or SafePal.
