It says gravity is weaker at the equator but that's wrong. It's just as strong but counteracted slightly by the centripetal force of being spun around at ~1000mph.
So yeah, that whole garbage image is invalidated and I did it all buy myself.

Gravity is actually strongest at the poles because you are closer to the center of the earth, and the center is really dense.
Combine that with the centripetal force at the equator, and there is a big (not that big) difference.
