The people who currently hold rubic, are so ahead of the rest of you. They see the opportunity we all have to get into this project so early before it really explodes in the next couple months. Normies will be fomoing Into rubic by the tens of thousands by the time this gets listed on Binance or any other exchange. You don’t make money in crypto by buying a coin after it gets listed in an exchange, you DYOR and get into projects before they take off so that you can get 10x, 20x and even 100x. This is your chance to get in earlier on a coin that is weeks away from major exchange listings, that is a proven solid project with solid team and connections.

Yes, I do think so because of the connections that the team has with Binance overall as they helped binance roll out smart contracts for various projects such as NEO. The team has already stated that they do not intend to list on a CEX until later this year and will apply around February or March for listings.
