Yeah. Indexers index the relevant data on the blockchain based on the specifications of a curator. That data can then be queried using graphQL for use in applications. Each query costs money same as it would if you used Google or aws to host. The fee is paid in GRT and 1% of that is burnt. GRT divides to 18 decimal places so you could expect a future where the tokens cost a lot for one but will net you never queries. Medium sized company can make billions of queries a month. There are 3500 subgraphs coming to GRT with the possibilities growing even wider when it's more widely adopted. I've been delegating for 1 month with over 10,000. I've made about 280 grt in that time. If things continue this way, I will add about 3,000 a year. But as new people come into your indexer, rewards dwindle.

I'm interested in seeing what will happen when more subgraphs are added. Will it give a big boost to the rewards? If so, how much? When that happens, it will probably moon in a big way. It could also pump every time a new subgraph is added, depending on which subgraph it is.

At 10-20 dollars, the rewards are going to be insane even if you just have 10,000. You could be making $100 a day delegating.

The Graph already holds the monopoly in this space with their hosted service. Uniswap, compound, maker, coingecko, binance, the list goes on and on. These services NEED The Graph to properly function. All of defi and basically all of the dapp ecosystem is their market. They're going to be forcing the dapps to migrate to the mainnet where they have to pay with GRT tokens very soon, which benefits the dapps as well because they eliminate a point of failure and now are truly serverless.
This is quite possibly the most guaranteed moon coin I've ever seen, and they don't have competition (and likely never will) because of the complete market monopoly they hold. Try and make a better system, and I don't think you could.
