I’m looking to invest 500k into oil, and I need to learn how to refine the shit but I don’t want to pay to make a new plant. So /biz/ how would I theoretically bankrupt a refinery to the point where it’s essentially worthless, secure a buy at a low price and make it a profitable refinery again? I really want to be an Oil Oligarch.
