No. I've posted about this before but federal convictions rates are crazy. Look at the conviction rate for Securities Fraud (what he is charged with) in 2015

>Literally 1 (ONE) person found not guilty

Basically, if the feds file charges against you and those charges don't get dropped before or during the trial there is a 99%+ chance you are fucked. That's why the vast majority (like less than 3%) of federal cases don't go to trial, they just get plead out.
