They are the worst. They lost my transfer once. It was only 150 USD so it wasn't a huge loss, but they couldn't figure out where my money went. First time using them too so that's nice :^)

They seem to have just rolled out a new update that affects 2FA. Of course they do it now...

They learned nothing from what happened in January 2018. They rolled out a huge upgrade that broke everything while all coins were pumping like crazy. It didn't get fixed for days. I lost a lot of fucking money thanks to them.
